Shipping Rates and Delivery information
Delivery Address We recommend that
your purchases are sent to an address where someone will be able to accept and
sign for delivery during the day eg-at work, if no-one is at home during the
day. Where this is not possible the Australia Post deliverer will leave a card
to let you know that your parcel is available for collection at your local
Post Office. Goods are normally shipped on the next day when you
order, if goods are out of stock or where special delivery instructions exist
on our website we will inform you of an expected date of delivery of your
order. Delivery Method We
prefer to use Australia Post Parcel Post for postage within Australia and for
International Post.
We do not calculate insurance costs on orders, please enquire if you
wish to have an order insured.
Delivery charges are calculated on individual orders and your shipping
costs will be shown at checkout - you will have to complete your name and
address details but you will be given a total cost before entering your
Payment Details. You may cancel your order without proceeding any further
(although we hope that you won't do that!) The very last order process is to
confirm or decline placement of your order.
Returns Policy All our goods
carry a money-back guarantee, however, we cannot reimburse postal charges. The
Didgeridoonas and GlamKapz carry a lifetime guarantee. Refunds or exchanges
may be made within 30 days of purchase. All goods are to be returned unused
and in the original packaging. Delivery costs are not refundable and goods are
returned at your own expense. Please contact us before returning any items. Shipping
Costs
The average shipping costs for Australian orders are between $4.50
and $12.00 but will be calculated as you add items to the shopping cart as
an example- a parcel weighing between 250g and 500g sent to Queensland will
cost $6.00.
The same parcel being sent to the USA will cost $13.50 and
to New Zealand it would cost $10.00.
We ship orders to Adelaide, Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth,
Canberra, Northern Territory, Tasmania, and to all Postcodes in Australia. All the states are covered and we deliver to New South Wales, Victoria, South Australia, Western Australia, Northern Territory, ACT, Queensland and Tasmania
- in fact anywhere in Australia and many overseas locations as well.
